"Brought my 2020 Hisun HS550 in for Oil Change and to install some whip lights I had purchased. Took some time which is understandable since their first time working on one. Unfortunately, it was more than their mechanic could handle given the instructions provided. Called repeatedly to see if I could provide any information and to get updates. No one ever returned the calls. After picking up the unit found the whips installed directly to battery instead through an ignition activated power source and none of the auxiliary indicators even connected. (Turn Signal/Brake)Was told I had not requested the other items to be connected (WTF) and they would have to charge me hours for tracing the wires. A single return phone call would have corrected this as I knew exactly where the feeds for those items were located and could have informed them. I was also told I needed to pick up some of “them Vietnamese parts” to finish the install. Needless to say if the attitude and failure in customer service isn’t enough to chase you off, wait till you have to rely on their work!" Overall Rating: Mark Bivings - NC
